Paul is a retired software architect who plays guitar, mandolin, banjo, and cittern. Described as a "consummate folkie", he was once president of the Folk Song Society of Greater Boston. Paul Beck is currently one half of the folk duo Ergo Canto with Leslie Bryant, and has been part of the Folk Process, the Friends of Poor Howard, and Granite Grass.
